Whether electronic correspondence or in-person, please understand we are working for a living, and are very busy with lots of guitars to work on and other customers to attend to. Please keep your inquiry brief(but detailed) and the conversation relevant. We take what we do very seriously and our work requires the utmost concentration. Our doors are wide open during business hours, but this does not mean our ears are wide open for unsolicited conversation. Please be considerate of our time and we will be considerate of yours. :)

This also means that if you have scheduled a consultation with one of us, please do your best to stick to it, or communicate with us if something comes up.

If you have a guitar with us that is waiting to be picked up and paid for, please make it a priority to do so. We are not a storage facility and we do not get paid until you physically pay us. If you intend to leave the guitar for a long period of time please let us know so we can prioritize accordingly. We have had several instances where guitars are left without being paid for long periods of time. As a result we now require a deposit for new customers equal to roughly half of the estimated total cost, due at time of drop-off.
