-A deposit may be required depending on level of work and guitar type upon drop off.

-While your guitar is fully insured during the entire time it is in our care, some jobs may have a higher labor price scaleable to instrument value in order to cover the extra care required.

-If you have scheduled a consultation with us, please do your best to stick to it, or communicate with us if something comes up.

-If you have a guitar with us that is waiting to be picked up and paid for, please make it a priority to do so. We are not a storage facility :)

-Please understand we are working for a living, and are very busy with lots of guitars to work on. Please keep conversations breif and relevant. We take what we do seriously and our work requires the utmost concentration. Please be considerate of our time and we will be considerate of yours. :)
